Refund Policy

All orders are final sale. Trading cards and any products containing trading cards are non-returnable and no refunds will be issued. Opened items are non-returnable, with no exceptions.

Sealed items are manufactured to be opened and may have minor cosmetic imperfections such as loose wrapping, small holes, or weak glue on flaps. These are normal and not eligible for return. Any abnormal defects or serious issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
